In this foundational workshop series we explore the "What" and "Why" of Inclusion. In order for an early childhood education setting to provide truly successful inclusion opportunities, it is central that the teaching teams have a clear understanding of Inclusion. This includes a creating a shared definition, understanding of the research and laws supporting Inclusion and awareness of common beliefs, values and bias related to Inclusion.
