When young children are in an inclusive setting, they frequently are supported by a variety of Specialists. The introduction of this Specialist as a member of an Early Childhood Classroom team brings new challenges to the collaborative process as the different professionals work to weave together their beliefs and practices. In this series, we explore how individuals from different disciplines can communicate and work together effectively to best meet the needs of all the children.
