    • Coaches work with teachers to identify and set goals around the areas of learning and growth that are within the scope of focus identified by the organization. (ie. Math, CLASS, Literacy)
    • Coaches work to keep teachers moving forward toward the goals identified
    • When an agency protocol exists, Coaches strive to implement it as consistently as possible while also considering the strengths, needs and learning styles of the teachers.
